Keeping Christ In Our Mind, Body, And Hearts
St. Vincent de Paul Parish School is an amazing community. We are dedicated to inspiring a love for learning and empowering students to reach their potential for spiritual growth, academic achievement, creativity and citizenship. Our priority is to keep Christ in our mind, body, and heart in all that we do- whether in the classroom, on the playground, or weekly at mass. Our learners are given opportunities and experiences that help them apply skills and talents to solve real-world problems. As a STEM designated school, we integrate the research-based best practice of problem-based learning. We partner with community groups and businesses to help bring awareness to their cause and solve problems they may have within their organizations. Past partnerships have included The Akron Zoo, St. Vincent-St. Mary High School, Hattie Larlham, Wastebits, Cleveland Water Alliance, and St. Bernard Parish. At St. Vincent de Paul Parish School we believe children learn best in a positive faith-filled environment with guidance from teachers who genuinely care for all learners and their success. We strive to promote a sense of community that encourages each child and family to feel welcomed and valued. We believe it is our responsibility to help learners become good citizens with a sense of understanding for others in the school community and throughout our world.
The mission of St. Vincent de Paul Parish School is to develop young Catholic men and women with creative minds, a sense of understanding for one another, and the ability to change the world while keeping Christ in the mind, body, and heart.
